January 18th Meeting

Remember, today, January 18th will be our first monthly meeting at Ponderosa Hall.

To be clear, Social Hour starts at 6:30. The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.

Couple of things. We are going to start the meeting with a new tasting idea. Let’s roll the corks and see what happens. Then we are going to have a component tasting. Discover the component. Find the component. You are going to need five wine glasses. For the best experience, bring your own. Everyone else gets plastic glasses. Five of them. And bring a pen.

Finally we are going to complete the evening with the Bottle Exchange. Want to try other people’s wine? Bring some of your own and exchange  them bottle for bottle.
