The November SWGGA meeting will feature a presentation by Dave Elliott entitled “Techniques for Producing Port-style Wines in the Home Winery”. Three examples of a Port-style wine will be discussed and an opportunity to taste each wine in real time, and note the differences for yourself.
Twenty-five packets containing one and a half oz samples of each of the three wines along with slides will be available for our members to pick up from the Grass Valley UPS Store from Monday the 16th through Thursday the 19th, prior to the meeting. The samples are available to our members on a first come basis.
The meeting will be on Thursday, November 19th at 7:00 PM. This, of course, will be a Zoom Meeting. You will receive an invitation by email prior to the this date.
I addition to this fun program we will be announcing the results of our 2020 SWGGA Election.The slate for the 2021 SWGGA Officers and Directors was published in the last Trellis Wire. In the next few days, you will receive a ballot by email that you can fill out and return no later than Thursday, November 19, 2020.
