At the beginning of our November 16 meeting, before Dave Luce presents his wines for tasting and purchase, we will have our annual general meeting which will feature the election of officers and directors for 2018. The voting process will be explained at the meeting.
Your Board of Directors has approved the following slate of officers and directors for 2018.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote, you may do so by proxy in accordance with Bylaw 4.3. A proxy form follows. Please advise your proxy holder to be prepared to submit the original executed proxy form at the election meeting to the Secretary or to any other officer.
2017 Holiday Party
When: Friday December 8, 6:00 Social Hour with appetizers, 7:00 Dinner
Raffle, Silent Auction, White Elephant exchange
Where: Alta Sierra Country Club, 11897 Tammy Way, Grass Valley
Directions: Take Hwy 49 to Alta Sierra Dr. In 1.3 mi. at top of grade
at 4 way stop sign, turn right to continue on Alta Sierra Dr. Go .8 mi.
and turn right onto Norlene. Continue .8 mi. to Tammy Way and turn left.
The Country Club is .4 mi. on your right.
What to bring: Two bottles of wine per couple (one to drink, one for scholarship raffle).
Optional: “White Elephant” wrapped gift (one gift per couple).
What to do now: Complete the form (linked above) and return with your check by November 27.

For Wine Tasting meetings, bring four to six glasses. SWGGA will supply water and crackers. Meetings begin promptly at stated times.
For most meetings, please bring a bottle of wine (preferably one you made yourself!) to share with the group, and glasses for yourself.
